For the action icons on the tabs (setup, add, copy, edit), please have them auto-unhide ONLY when the mouse is hovering over some sort of a “menu” item on the right side of the tab.
Currently they auto-unhide whenever the mouse hovers over ANYWHERE on the button at all times, which takes up about 1/3 of the button space along with the checkbox, and I often find myself mistakenly either clicking the checkbox or one of the action icons when I actually just want to open the tab.
