make links stop moving around when put in windows#835

when i drag a url from the list on the right, into a collection, all the prior links jump around. I want to be able to prioritize them, by putting the hot ones in the upper left and so forth, but nothing sticks in place. Please make this less random. i think they should push to the right snake like according to when added. Allow me to modify by dragging, so i could put them in order. Put new items at the end, lower right, so I can prioritize them if I want.
