Sub Collections#705

If we could a get a feature where a particular collection (Parent Collection) could have sub collections which would make organzing various tabs and links easiers as per sub headers of sorts.

Yes, and can the sub collections be like folders?

PLEASE build this - would be super helpful to create subfolders/collections
