Access Toby account via the web (webapp)#124

Being able to access your Toby account through the website (via login) would allow us to use Toby on other browsers/devices (Firefox, Safari, etc) even if the user experience would be a bit degraded (can’t drag tabs, etc). This would also allow us to access our Toby account when using a device other than our own or where extensions can’t be installed).
